About Anna
I was always achieving.
I was rarely alive.
I grew up in Ukraine ticking every box on the "right" path — architecture degree, language classes, a Master's in Urbanism in Strasbourg, France. I was always busy, always driven. And privately carrying social anxiety I never named.
France broke me open. As a foreigner in a new country, the anxiety I'd been outrunning finally caught up with me. I couldn't get hired despite a strong CV. I felt worthless in a way I'd never let myself admit before. That was the crack — and the beginning.
In 2019, two coaching questions changed everything: "What do you want?" and "Why does it matter?" My answers revealed I'd been living entirely for external approval, not for myself. I spent the next years studying the nervous system, the subconscious, and the body — Feldenkrais, Wilhelm Reich, the Triune Brain, bioenergetics, and the work of Joe Dispenza. I developed my own approach that works at the root, not just the surface. People who knew me during the years of panic now say I radiate calm. That shift is what I build for you.
